No surprises in Cerro Gordo County primary elections

     A full slate of uncontested races produced anticipated results June 7 during the Cerro Gordo County Republican and Democratic primary elections.

     Incumbent Supervisor District 1 Democrat Jay Urdahl ran unopposed in the primary and will also not have an opponent in the general election.

     Democratic incumbent Supervisor District 3 Phillip Dougherty will face Republican Chris Watts this fall.
