Math Bee

Students competed in the AEA 267 6th grade Math Bee on March 25 in Clear Lake. Over 100 area students completed as teams and also as individuals.  Topic math questions included geometry, ratios, the number system, and statistics.  Students also worked in teams for the team round.

Macy Dirksen and Hailey Mc-Coy Munger qualified as individuals to attend the Regional 6th grade Math Bee in Cedar Falls on May 12.  They will be competing against students from Clear Lake AEA 267, Marshalltown AEA 267, and Cedar Falls AEA 267.
