Mason City Farm to Table Dinner set for Oct. 29

The 2014 Mason City Farm to Table Dinner will take place on Wednesday, October 29. Seatings, available at 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m., start at Mason City Brewing with special brews followed by the appetizer, prepared by Chef Brice, of Hy-Vee West .

     The dinner continues to 1910 Grille at the Historic Park Inn where Chef Kurt will feature lamb kabobs and more for the main entree. It wraps up with scrumptious desserts by Sally Pressly, at The Decker House B & B and coffee served by Coffee Cat

     Each course, including two specially brewed beers, will be made from local ingredients with products coming from more than 10 north Iowa producers. Producers will be on hand to introduce themselves and their products.
