Fischer, Pioneer Enterprise praised by Iowa Newspaper Association

The Pioneer Enterprise has made positive state-wide impressions once again, as it was acknowledged by the Iowa Newspaper Association (INA) at their annual convention last weekend.

Mid-America Publishing Corporation's President and CEO Ryan Harvey stated, "I'm extremely pleased with the work our journalists throughout the company have done this past year. I'm thrilled that our staff was able to be recognized in one of the most difficult competition classes at the Iowa Newspaper Association."

The Enterprise was awarded third place in the following categories: Coverage of Government and Politics, Total Newspaper Design, and Best Use of Graphics. An INA judge commented, "Another very good job - I wish I could give first place nods to every submission."
