Tracy Peterson prepares for first year as principal in the West Fork School District
As West Fork students geared up for their first day of school, the district’s new pre-kindergarten and second through eighth grade principal, Tracy Peterson, did the same.
Starting her first job as a principal, the 28-year Clear Lake resident thought back on all of the teachers that shaped her education in her small hometown of Norway, Iowa.
“My high school chemistry teacher, every single day told our class something positive,” she said. “That’s a great feeling.”
